According to statistics showed that South Korean steel exports increased by 9.6% compared with the same period of last year, while the imports showed opposite trend.
According to figures released by the Korean Steel Association, South Korea''s steel exports reached 2,784,978 tons in April, up by 9.6% compared with the same period of last year, down by 0.4% compared with previous month.
Among them, cold-rolled coil export volume increased by 36.4% to 480,171 tons compared with the same period of last year; pipe products export volume increased by 60.2% to 272,718 tons compared with the same period of last year.
