Japanese stainless steel imports decrease in Jan-The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

According to the trade statistics, Japan imported around 17,800 tons of stainless steel products in January, down by 1.9% month on month.
Among them, the imports from South Korea were around 12,000 tons, down by 5% from the same period of last month; those from Taiwan were around 3,200 tons, down by 10% from the same period a month ago; those from China were around 1,400 tons, up by 37.2% from the same period a month earlier.
