The US Department of Commerce (USDOC) decided not to launch an anti-circumvention investigation on Vietnam’s corrosion-resistant steel products made of Japan’s cold-rolled steel and hot-rolled steel, alleged circumvention of anti-dumping (AD) duties, as the USDOC said that the plaintiff had failed to provide sufficient evidence.
The USDOC stated that it will be the final decision on the allegations and will not consider any comments or requirements regarding this conclusion. The authorities and relevant departments will closely monitor and update this case.
