US raises AD duties for Mexican Deacero’s wire rod imports- The 19th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that Mexican wire rod producer Deacero sold its wire rods to the US at the price lower than fair value during the period of review. Therefore, the DOC set a final weighted average dumping margin of 12.56% for Deacero, which was higher than the initial 6.22%.
Besides, the DOC didn’t find that ArcelorMittal Las Truchas, another wire rod producer in Mexico, shipped its products to the US during the period of review from October 1st, 2015 to September 30th, 2016.
