According to the US Department of Commerce (USDOC)’s announcement on December 1, 2021, the first sunset review investigation of anti-dumping (AD) orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate (CTL plate) from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, South Korea, South Africa, Taiwan, and Turkey and the first sunset review investigation of countervailing duty (CVD) orders on the same products from China and South Korea were launched.
The US International Trade Commission (USITC) started the investigations of both AD and CVD orders on subject goods, to see whether the revocation of the existing AD and CVD measures will lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable period.
