Hudson Tool Steel Corp. has taken over the assets of the former BTS-Patriot Steel in Dover, N.H. Hudson has been operating the facility since early September.
"The Dover facility allows Hudson to service our growing customer base in the Northeast and fits our strategic plan," says Rick Resner, president. "We''re in the process of shipping in tool steel and processing equipment to add to the material and equipment in place. We look forward to supplying our Northeastern customers with next-day service."
The New Hampshire facility is the third stocking location for Hudson Steel, joining facilities in Orange, Calif., and Charlotte, N.C. The company also maintains sales offices in Michigan and Tennessee.
