OSAKA STEEL will hold a groundbreaking ceremony of a new factory in Indonesia in April, and aim to start operation in 2014. The firm plans to produce general shape steel, deformed steel bar and flat steel in the mill, and raise the output to annual 500,000 tons at the end of the day.
