Taiwan’s stainless steel wire rod imports rise, but exports fall in January 2016-The 17th China(Guangzhou)Int’l Spring Industry Exhibition

According to Taiwan customs data statistics showed in January this year, Taiwan stainless steel wire rod imports totaled 2,296 tons, an increase of 18.22% month on month to 1,942 tons, the total imports amounted NT$1.758 billion, an increase of 14.8%. Taiwan’s main imports countries are included Japan, Korea and India
Meanwhile, Taiwan’s stainless steel wire rod exports totaled 10,617 tons, down by 6.66% to 11,375 tons month on month, the total exports amounted NT$7.024 billion month on month.
