Outokumpu to close Germany Benrath cold rolling plant-The 18th Guangzhou Die-casting, Foundry & Industry Furnace Exhibition

Finland stainless steel maker Outokumpu has announced that it has closed its Germany Benrath mill, switch to Germany Krefeld mill operations.
The company said, with the investment of �180 million to complete ferritic steel production in Krefeld. Investments include the new pickling and annealing line, a batch of new equipment as well as escalation cold-rolling and finishing mills.
Outokumpu will continue to operate from the Krefeld plant Benrath customers using modern tools to meet the needs of the high quality stainless steel.
