EU launches AD investigation against cast iron products from China and India-The 18th Guangzhou Die-casting, Foundry & Industry Furnace Exhibition

On December 10, 2016, the European Commission announced to start anti-dumping investigation against cast iron products originated in China and India, based on the application from 7 EU producers which production of cast iron articles accounts for 25% of EU total output. The CN codes involved were ex 7325 10 00 and ex 7325 99 10.
The anti-dumping and damage period of this investigation was from October 1st, 2015 to September 30th, 2016. The European Commission will make a preliminary ruling within nine months from the date of promulgation of this notice.
