According to the final result of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Turkey’s producers or exporters of steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) subject to this review sold their products at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
The USDOC found that Habas had no shipments of subject goods and Çolakoğlu Metalurji didn’t make sales of subject products at prices lower than normal value during the period of review.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Kaptan Demir Çelik, İçdaş Çelik, Kroman Çelik, Yücel Boru, and Diler Dis Ticaret was set at 1.02%, and 0% was assigned to Çolakoğlu Metalurji.
This measure was applicable from February 8, 2022.
