India complains to WTO against CVD on hot-rolled steel plate from US-The 18th China(Guangzhou ) Int’l Casting product Exhibition

According to the announcement from the World Trade Organization (WTO), India had informed the WTO to request a dispute negotiation with the US. India claimed that the US failed in an earlier ruling declared by the Dispute Settlement Body (DSB) of the WTO.
The DSB ruled that the US was not allowed to impose high tariffs on certain carbon steel hot-rolled plate imports from India in December 2014.
In March 2015, the US agreed with the DSB''s recommendations and rulings that the high tariffs would expire on April 18th, 2016. However, India said in its requirement that the US did not comply with the ruling to drop tariffs after the expiration.
