首鋼建設(shè)一冶建分公司承建的東華鋼鐵電爐項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入投產(chǎn)前的沖刺階段。作為新建電爐煉鋼車間，項(xiàng)目主要建設(shè)2座220噸電爐及全套公輔設(shè)施，主廠房總面積達(dá)7.69萬平方米，涵蓋土建、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)備安裝、介質(zhì)管道及電氣施工等全工序。
目前廠房鋼結(jié)構(gòu)完成率達(dá)95%，彩板安裝突破9萬平方米，除塵管道及廠房介質(zhì)管道已全線貫通。1#電爐正進(jìn)行單體調(diào)試，2#電爐系統(tǒng)整體完成90%，按計(jì)劃將于10月10日、10月20日先后進(jìn)行雙系統(tǒng)熱試，投產(chǎn)后將大幅提升企業(yè)綠色智能煉鋼產(chǎn)能。
